PRINT MAKING

All of my prints are meticulously made to order.  They are presented on a museum-grade, fine art paper stock, with guaranteed archival qualities.

They are hand printed and quality checked before being professionally packaged and shipped by first-class mail or express courier.

DELIVERY

Your purchased artwork will be delivered to your door, supplied unmatted and unframed unless otherwise specified.  Archival fine art mounting and solid wood framing are available on request.

Great care is taken in ensuring the safe, efficient and protected delivery of your purchased artwork.  Firstly, the work is carefully covered with acid-free tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds.  Wrapped up and ready to go, your order is placed into a sturdy envelope.  Larger prints are packed with bubble wrap in a robust cardboard tube, secured and sealed at both ends.

Once sealed, your order will be shipped via first-class mail express courier, depending on your order and your location, normally within three business days of receiving your order, ensuring that your artwork is delivered both timely and safely.  Special orders may take a little longer, I’ll discuss that with you before you place your order.

Estimated shipping times are outlined in the table below.  Please note all times are on a best endeavour basis.  As soon as your order is shipped, I will contact you with an estimated delivery date and tracking details.

RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

Every order comes with a money-back guarantee.  If you are not happy for any reason then you may return the item within 14 days and receive a refund.  Please see my Refund Policy for details.
